These terms of use are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site.
This is deliberately different from the exchange offer itself. The Terms and Conditions of the Exchange Offer are governed by Swiss substantive law and disputes under them are resolved by arbitration in Zurich. The two are separate: this clause governs the website, that one governs the transaction, and neither displaces the other.
Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which that consumer is resident.
